    A real first session lands in the thread. Nothing to install, nothing to set up.

The programme

A programme, not a chatbot

It knows what you lifted last week and what you told it this morning. When those disagree, it changes the session rather than the subject.

What it costs

Free to start talking

Starting costs nothing: the coach asks a few questions and your first session is free, in the thread. To keep going, you pay through a secure Stripe link the coach sends in the thread, and the price is on that page, not here. Cancel any time.

Before you text
Do I need the app?
No. The coaching happens entirely in your messages. The app is there if you wear a watch or want your lifts logged — it is an upgrade, not the way in.
Is this a person or a bot?
It is software. It writes your programme, adapts it, and answers you — but we are not going to pretend otherwise, and it will not either.
What if I want to stop?
Email support@gainz.ai with the number you text from and we cancel it, no retention call. If your number is linked to your Gainz account, you can instead text your coach “cancel my subscription” and reply YES. Texting “stop” or “cancel” on its own only stops the messages. It does not end a plan.
Where we draw the line

What Gainzwon’t do.

The limits matter as much as the capabilities. These four hold whatever it costs us.

    No numbers we can’t know

    We won’t promise you a weight by a date. If your target and your timeline don’t fit, Gainz says so up front and shows you the version that does.

    No supplements, ever

    We don’t sell them, we don’t take commission on them, and no session will ever end in a store. Nothing in your programme exists to move product.

  • 03

    No training through a stop signal

    When the readings say back off, the plan backs off — even if you’d rather it didn’t. A coach that only ever says yes isn’t a coach.

  • 04

    No silent changes

    Every adjustment is on the record, with the reasoning attached. You should never open the app and find a different plan with no explanation.
